Questions, answered

Is this a real AHA certification card?
Yes. You receive an official American Heart Association eCard, the same nationally recognized credential the AHA issues everywhere. Employers verify it directly on the AHA's site using the code on your card.
Will my employer or hospital accept it?
Yes. Our BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP courses follow AHA guidelines and issue AHA eCards, which hospitals, clinics, EMS agencies, dental offices, and nursing programs accept. If your employer has a specific requirement, contact us first and we'll confirm the right course.
Do I really get my eCard the same day?
In most cases, yes. Once you pass the in-person skills check, we issue your AHA eCard the same day, so you can start a job or meet a clinical deadline without waiting. Initial-provider courses with a written exam may vary slightly, and we'll tell you upfront.
What happens if I don't pass?
Our instructors coach you through the skills until you've got them, and most students pass on the day. If you need more practice, we offer a free retest rather than charging you for another full class.
Where are classes held and how long do they take?
Classes are in person at our Las Vegas training center on real manikins. Typical times: BLS about 3–4 hours; ACLS and PALS roughly 1–2 days depending on initial vs. renewal; NRP varies by provider level. Exact duration is shown on each class when you book.
What's the difference between an initial cert and a renewal?
An initial (provider) course is for your first certification, or if your card has expired. A renewal is the shorter course for current cardholders renewing before their expiration date. If your card is still valid, choose renewal; otherwise choose initial. Or contact us and we'll place you right.
