On-site across Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, and Enterprise, all within 25 miles, no travel or equipment fee. Boulder City, Pahrump, and Mesquite are welcome too; we quote the travel for those.

Your whole team certified in one on-site session, scheduled around your workday

  • One session, whole team. We come to you and certify everyone together. No one drives across town for a public class.
  • On your schedule. During a workday, around shift change, evenings, or weekends. We work around your operation, no need to close.
  • We bring all the equipment. You provide one room with floor space. That's it.
  • HeartCode on request. For ACLS/PALS we can run HeartCode skills sessions on request. Staff finish the AHA online module on their own time, then one focused skills session. NRP always works this way (AAP online course first).

On-site NRP Megacode

The full NRP algorithm, brought to your birth center, not a hospital

Neonatal manikin, UVC trainer, and the real Megacode setup Adriana ran on shift for years and has taught since 2012. On-site NRP Megacode is hard to find in Las Vegas outside a hospital. It's one of the things we do most.

You provide one room

Enough floor space for 4–6 people to do compressions, plus a flat surface for the sim station. We’ve taught in break rooms and converted waiting rooms.

Per-student rate matches our public classes (see Courses). No travel or equipment fee within 25 miles. 4-student minimum, no maximum, with back-to-back sessions for larger teams. Course materials aren’t included: each student buys their own book or HeartCode online module (HeartCode includes the book), paid directly to AHA (AAP for NRP).

Scheduling & cohorts

How fast can you schedule us?
For groups of 4+, usually within 1–2 weeks. Weekend and evening availability is real.
What if some staff already have current cards?
Tell us, and we won’t include them in the headcount, or we run mixed cohorts: current-card students refresh skills while full-cert students get the complete curriculum. Common for EMS and fire crews around shift change.
Do you offer recurring renewals?
Yes. Set a standing schedule and we lock dates 6–12 months out. Useful for clinical teams on a rolling recert cycle.

Billing & terms

Invoice or pay up front?
Either. Established organizations invoice via Bill.com; smaller groups pay at booking via Stripe. Terms are set when we book.
Are books or eCards included in the price?
Your same-day eCard (AHA-aligned, or AAP for NRP) is included with instruction. Course materials aren’t: each student buys their own AHA book or HeartCode online module (HeartCode already includes the book), paid directly to AHA (AAP for NRP). We’ll tell you exactly what each course needs so there are no surprises.

Logistics

We don’t have a training room. What do you need?
One room with floor space for 4–6 people to do compressions, plus a flat surface for the sim station. We’ve taught in break rooms and converted waiting rooms.
Do you bring real defibrillators?
We train on AED trainers (purpose-built practice units, not live defibrillators), which is the standard for AHA skills sessions. Your team practices pad placement, the voice prompts, and the full sequence exactly as they would on a real AED.
We’re a birth center. Do you bring NRP equipment?
Yes: neonatal manikin, UVC trainer, all the sim supplies. Each clinician completes the AAP online module first; we run the in-person Megacode at your space.
