Are these AHA-aligned classes?
Yes. Adriana is an AHA-aligned instructor through an AHA Training Center. Every card we issue is the same AHA eCard your employer or licensing board accepts. NRP cards are AAP-issued (the AAP, not the AHA, owns the NRP curriculum).
Do you offer Heartsaver for non-healthcare staff?
Not as a public class. We focus on healthcare professional certifications: **ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS**. If you need Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED for work, school, or personal reasons, the American Red Cross and other Las Vegas providers run public Heartsaver classes on a regular schedule.
My old class said 'BLS for Healthcare Providers.' Is BLS Provider the same?
Yes. AHA renamed the course. Same certification.
How long is my card valid?
Two years from the date of completion for all AHA cards. NRP is also 2 years (AAP). Cards say the exact expiration date.
When will I get my card?
Same day as your class, usually within an hour of finishing. Comes straight from the AHA (or AAP for NRP) to the email you registered with. Save that email; it's your proof of certification.
How do I book a class?
Use the [Book a Class](/book) page. Pick a course, pick a date, pay online. Confirmation hits your inbox immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay supported on mobile.
Can I pay in cash at the door?
For individual classes, no: payment is at booking. For group/on-site quotes, we can arrange invoicing or cash; [contact us](/contact).
Can my employer pay for my class?
For individual class registrations, the simplest path is for you to pay and submit for reimbursement. For groups of 4+ from one organization, we can invoice; use the [group quote form](/corporate).
Do you offer payment plans?
No. Class fees are low enough that we don't run payment plans on individual classes.
Where are classes held?
Individual classes are held at a partner training facility in Las Vegas, with parking on-site. We send the exact address when you book, along with arrival details.
Do you offer evening or weekend classes?
Yes. Real availability is on the [booking page](/book). If you need a slot you don't see, [reach out](/contact).
Do you teach on-site at our facility?
Yes. Surgery centers, dialysis clinics, urgent cares, IVF/fertility, birth centers, midwifery, OB practices, EMS, and transport teams. Minimum 4 students, within 25 miles of Las Vegas. See [group/on-site training](/corporate).
Do you teach in Henderson, Spring Valley, Summerlin, North Las Vegas?
Yes. All within our 25-mile radius for on-site group classes. For individual classes, students come to our partner training facility in Las Vegas (exact address sent when you book).
My card just expired. Can I still renew without taking the full class?
For ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS: yes, if you're within the AHA/AAP grace period (typically 30 days past expiration). The blended/Heartcode format is usually the fastest renewal path. If you're well past the grace period or the card has been expired for months, you'll go through the full course, not a renewal.
How early can I renew before my card expires?
Up to 60 days before expiration. New card's 2-year clock starts the day you renew (not from the old card's expiration), so renewing super early just shortens your usable time. Sweet spot is 30–45 days before expiration.
What's the cancellation policy?
24+ hours before class = full refund. Less than 24 hours = 50% credit toward a future class. No-show = no refund. Group bookings have a 7-day notice window for full refund. Full policy on the [cancellation page](/policies/cancellation).
Can I reschedule instead of canceling?
Yes. Your Cal.com confirmation email has a reschedule link. Reschedules requested 24+ hours ahead don't cost anything. Inside 24 hours, treated like a same-day cancel (50% credit).
What if I show up but realize I needed a different class?
ACLS, PALS, and NRP require the right prerequisites and we can't pivot live. We'll credit you toward the correct class and reschedule.
What's the minimum group size?
4 students. Below that, send people to individual classes.
Maximum group size?
No maximum. For larger teams we schedule multiple back-to-back skills sessions in one day or spread them across days. Minimum is 4.
Do you provide certificates and rosters for our records?
Yes. Full roster with names, eCard IDs, and pass dates emailed within 24 hours of class.
