Price is what you pay us for the class. AHA courses require the current AHA Provider Manual (sold separately); NRP uses the AAP NRP online course. Both are purchased separately and paid directly to AHA/AAP, not to us.

ACLS & PALS need a current BLS card
Both build on Basic Life Support. Expired, or don't have one yet? We bundle BLS into your class day — free — so you leave with both.
- Initial or renewal
It's the same class either way
There's no separate renewal course. First card or a renewal, you take the same class and walk out with the same 2-year card.

The price covers instruction and your same-day eCard. The AHA Provider Manual (or the AAP NRP online module) is bought separately, paid straight to AHA/AAP.

The four certifications
Which class do you need?
Heartbeat Haven LV teaches the four life-support certifications Las Vegas healthcare workers are required to hold, all in small in-person classes with a still-practicing registered nurse at the front of the room. Every class issues the same American Heart Association eCard your employer or licensing board accepts, the same day you finish.
BLS Provider is the entry-level card most hospitals, dental offices, EMS agencies, and nursing and medical schools require, and it is the prerequisite for ACLS and PALS. ACLS adds the adult cardiac-arrest, stroke, and peri-arrest algorithms for ICU, ED, anesthesia, and critical-care staff. PALS covers the same depth for sick and injured infants and children, for pediatric ICU, ED, and NICU teams. NRP is the AAP's newborn resuscitation program for labor-and-delivery, NICU, and neonatal providers; it pairs the AAP online curriculum with an in-person Megacode with us.
Each class is a single in-person session (NRP after its online module), capped small so everyone gets real hands-on manikin time. If your BLS has lapsed before an ACLS or PALS class, we can bundle it free in the same session.
