What Serenity staff usually need
Serenity teams have two paths, depending on whether you also work hospital shifts.
Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is the default. One class covers CPR, AED, and First Aid in a single session. It’s the right course for therapists, medical assistants, case managers, and any MD or nurse whose clinical work is Serenity-only. Meets OSHA workplace-responder requirements. Heartsaver isn’t part of our public catalog. It’s a Serenity-employee benefit, scheduled directly with us.
BLS Provider is for clinicians who also work hospital shifts. Some Serenity nurses and MDs pick up shifts at hospitals where BLS is required. Same CPR and AED skills as Heartsaver, plus the team-resuscitation pieces hospital codes use. Take this one if your other job needs the card.

How to book
Heartsaver for Serenity staff is scheduled through us directly. Email or call to set a date. We block off sessions specifically for Serenity employees rather than putting Heartsaver on the public booking calendar.
BLS Provider can be booked directly: pick a date, pay online, walk out with the AHA eCard the same day. No “wait for HR to schedule” loop.
Groups of 4 or more from one Serenity office should use the group quote form. We come to you on a day that fits the schedule (evenings, weekends, in-service days), bring everything (manikins, AEDs, BVMs, training materials), and certify the whole team in one session. Within 25 miles of Las Vegas, no travel surcharge.
Why Serenity staff pick us over chain CPR mills
- Small classes. Up to 12 students for both Heartsaver and BLS. You get hands-on time with the manikins instead of watching from the back row.
- Same-day eCards issued through AHA. No waiting on paperwork during a renewal cycle.
- Working RN as your instructor. You can ask the questions a behavioral-health team actually has: how to run a code in an outpatient clinic, what to do when EMS response is delayed, considerations for patients on MAT or who’ve been recently sedated. Real clinical answers, not generic curriculum.
- Real on-site option for whole-team certification. Most chains require you to come to them; we come to your office.
